32 Mile Road Technical Campus brought by unnamed developer

The developer Prologis has targeted Washington Charter Township for a “32 Mile Road Technical Campus”, to become home to a large AI surveillance company––which is rumored to be Palantir. Prologis is requesting rezoning from the Township board for a 312 acre site. Public hearing took place on December 11th 2025.
