What we’re doing
Lobbying goals for 2026:
- Repeal 2024 data center tax breaks
- Repeal 2023 PA233 laws
- Develop new economic development policy focused on regenerative agriculture
- Develop new climate policy, also based on regenerative agriculture
Shifting economic development policy towards regenerative agriculture
The situation is clear: Michigan’s youth don’t want to work in factories. They want to be regenerative farmers.. There is money to be made, if Michigan farmers were able to feed Michiganders–and we can fight climate change in the process.. That’s why we’re lobbying for policy that places agriculture at the forefront of economic development.
